This is a personally designed vinyl cover for the song Aurora. This song is a collaboration of concurrent mechanical echoes of electronic streams and soothing melody of piano. The song personally provided tranquil and grandiose sensation to the designer like the feeling one can gain from a deep marine environment. The mechanical echoes, which lasts for the entire length of the song, imbued the designer with the imagery of popping bubble wraps. To capture the splendor of the azure ocean, blue ink was injected into each bubble, forming the word “Aurora”. The picture of the cover was taken on the light table to visualize the mechanical sound. The front cover was designed with a self-created typeface whereas the back cover was left with sole bubble wrap.
