Title: Design Funny Branding & Wood Assemblage

The objective of this project was to combine various nonsense components into a sculpture that fit the Design Funny theme. Three keywords are provided to each individual: an animal, a movement, and then a nationality. Three words were given to me: camel, surfing, and Canada. To ensure that the three words could be performed harmoniously without looking odd, I sketched it first.
Using wood left over from the street and the wood shop, I created a three-dimensional sculpture that was as close as possible to the preceding sketch. Even though I handled most of the work on a computer, woodworking was more difficult than I had imagined. But I never gave up and did my best to complete.
I branded the camel after placing the wood construction together. I created a witty phrase to accompany the camel sculpture when I created the brand logo, and I designed the typeface to match the concept. I designed a typeface that resembles an ocean wave. That typeface describes surfing waves. The end of curve letters represented a camel's tail that is flying with the wind while camel surfing.

It created in the context of B-DC 123 Design Skills & Technology, a class of BA(Hons) in Design Communication, LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore. This Publication linked with the B-DC 123 Design Studio And Production. It represented the process of the Design Funny; Wood Assemblage. In the project, I attempted to design humorous outcome by combining surrealist techniques and pieces of wood. Every process of a piece of wood assemblage were done manually by hand. The final outcome presented in the publication were formally demonstrated and assessed by the

The digital edition of the self-published publication Design Funny is this publication. While the book's contents are same, this Interactive Publication features interactions on each page individually. furthermore includes animation effects for select photos. In contrast to physical publications, interactive publications include a video of the process so that viewers may see it more clearly. More than physical publication, these distinctions pique viewers' interest.
